Printing and Distribution

Each current HBS student has a personal 3 x 6 inch mailbox to receive Recruiter and Marketplace advertising materials. The SA office is happy to offer Printing and Distribution (P&D) services for these mailboxes all throughout the school year (please refer to the pricing sheet for more details). There are also four bulletin boards through Aldrich which can accomodate posters.

Note: All distributions to these mailboxes and bulletin boards must be approved and distributed by the SA office. A payment form is also required. 

The Aldrich mailboxes can accommodate the following items:

Printing and Distribution Order Guidelines:

  1. Please notify the SA office in advance for a printing or distribution.

  2. When mailing or dropping off your materials to our office, we ask that you also include a letter in your package that specifies the target class (First Year, Second Year, or both) desired date of distribution, and your contact information.

  3. Distribution tenetative dates:
    Recruiters may distribute advertisements Monday through Friday.
    Marketplace advertisements may be distributed on Mondays and Wednesdays only.
  4. The SA office must have a payment form on file prior to an order. Click on the below buttons for pricing information and required payment form.
