Order Placement Information:
- Visit the TUMI website to find the style numbers and item descriptions you wish to purchase.To add a monogram, include a special note in the “Description” field in addition to the description of the product i.e. Alpha Daily Wheeled Brief, Monogram: JRH
- We process orders at the end of each work week. The standard shipping timeframe is approximately 8-10 business days. Rush 3-Day shipping is available for an additional fee. If you ship to a location outside the US you will need a UPS or FedEx account and will be charged for international shipping. Please inquire for more details at HBSSA@hbs.edu.
- SA should be able to get the exact style number you select, however TUMI updates their products regularly, so there might be cases when the product you have selected has been discontinued. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to placing your order.
Note: Special discounts and promotions listed on TUMI’s website are not included in our discount program and all sales are final.
Your luggage will be shipped to whichever address you provide–it will not come to the SA office. SA is NOT responsible for lost/stolen luggage. It is your responsibility to provide a secure shipping address (dorms may not be a good option-open mailroom).
